The Regional Waterworks Authority (RWA) is responsible for the production, distribution, and supply of tap water throughout the country. It also engages in related business activities to serve the public interest in terms of public utilities and public health. Currently, its operations are divided into 10 regions, which oversee and take responsibility for regional waterworks across the country, excluding Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan.

PWA Plus Life+ offers enhanced convenience and efficiency by providing a comprehensive app for users of regional waterworks. Developed by the Regional Waterworks Authority, the app offers the following features:

• Payment of water bills through banking applications and expanded payment channels
• Request installation or replacement of water meters and meter inspections
• Refund of water usage deposits
• Reporting of leaking or burst pipes and suspension of water supply
• News updates and various other new features
